I created a program for Complete Beginners that is gentle and suitable for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who are just starting their fitness journey or are trying to find the right exercises suitable for post-recovery. In this program you will find: - Exercises are tailored for women who are just starting their fitness journey or someone recovering from an injury or illness. - There are 6 different workouts which will help you to start developing strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility. - Each workout is not longer than 40 min. - This program targets all major muscle groups. So you will definitely feel your whole body getting stronger. - Unlimited time to complete the full program. It is a one-time payment. - All sessions are recorded, so you can view it at your own pace and repeat same workouts twice or more.
