This Beginner Pilates progressive series is designed for those of you who have never tried Pilates before! This class will focus on strengthening your core and teaching the fundamentals of Pilates. What is included in this program? - The Pilates program consists of 7 different workout sessions. - Perfect for beginners as you can repeat each session for an unlimited time until you feel ready to progress to the next one. I recommend doing at least 2 sessions per week. - It is suited for women over their 40s. - Each session is different and gets more difficult as you become stronger. - There’s no time limit for completing the whole program. It is a one time payment. - With regular Pilates training you will notice that pains in your body go away.
