Are you looking for a workout that strengthens and tones your arms?


I have good news for you - I have created a special 7 Day Training Program for arms!


During this uplifting arm workout, you will work on the shoulders, biceps, triceps, and chest and will want to return again and again. This program includes exercises appropriate for a variety of skill levels, from beginners to intermediate. We will vary the exercises, both with and without weights.



For beginners, it is recommended that you start with a weight of 1 kg and increase the weight as you gain strength. However, I recommend you use weights no heavier than 2 kg in this 7-day training. Also, make sure that you have your mat ready as some exercises will be performed on the floor. I particularly like the one.


In order to achieve better results, strengthen your arm muscles, and increase muscle tone, it is necessary to perform all the exercises in this program over time. For best results, perform 3 to 5 times a week.
